IEBC is set to meet with both Jubilee and NASA officials on Wednesday.

According to the Star, the meeting will be used to discuss a number of things among them the state of preparedness and the appointment of agents for the candidates ahead of the October vote.

"Number and timelines for submission of appointees. Secondment of ICT representatives by each of the candidate," the document seen by The Star states.

Raila and Uhuru are also expected to talk about the confidence building on the electoral process.

"Everyone's role and place of positive criticism and mode of handling emerging issues," IEBC said.

 The repeat presidential polls were supposed to be held  October 17 but there is a likely hood that the polls might be conducted on October 26.

The IEBC is also expected to table the new election date in a meeting with NASA and Jubilee on Wednesday.

The last meeting between the two parties aborted after Jubilee team failed to show up on time.
