Makueni Governor Kivutha Kibwana has revealed what  National Super Alliance (NASA) leaders discussed before the swearing-in of Raila Odinga.

According to Kibwana,  Kalonzo Musyoka, Musalia Mudavadi, andMoses Wetangula were still deliberating on the oath wording and how it would be administered.

Speaking on Thursday, the Makueni governor said that the NASA leaders were unable to meet to discuss the matter over fear of being apprehended.

"NASA leaders were still deliberating on the oath wording and how it would be administered, but they were unable to meet to resolve the issue for fear of being nabbed," he said.

His remarks come amid speculations that the NASA leaders had ditched Raila before the controversial ceremony.

In his defense, Kalonzo said that he could not show up at Uhuru Park following the withdrawal of his security by the Government.

"I know there is tension over what happened, Raila took an oath, and I never made it because of understandablecircumstances," he stated adding that the state sabotaged all his plans.
