Details have emerged regading recent meeting between Deputy President William Ruto and a section of NASA member of parliament.
According to the DP, the meetings are being used to discuss the big four agenda by President Uhuru Kenyatta.
However, sources who spoke to Citizen Digital on the matter alleged that legislators were asked to spread the word on his 2022 presidential bid.
To date,10 delegations have visited the DP’s Karen office lead by MPsf rom Kakamega, Nakuru, Kisii County MPs, Women legislators and Nairobi Jubilee MPs, Meru County, religious leaders, Kiambu MPs, lawmakers from Nyeri, Bungoma and Trans Nzoia as well as ministerial meetings.
Kakamega Senator Cleophas Malala and ANC nominated MP Godfrey Osotsi criticized leaders from the western region who visited the DP in March.
The leaders maintained that the meeting was based on individual gain and not the development of the region.
