Ahead of his address to both houses of parliament, President Uhuru Kenyatta is set to meet with Jubilee lawmakers.
Before going to parliament, President Uhuru Kenyatta is set to hold a meeting a State House where he will host a Joint Parliamentary Group Meeting of both Jubilee Senators and MPs.
Already, NASA lawmakers have announced that they will boycott the address.
According to the opposition, President Uhuru Kenyatta is still an acting Head of State with no capacity to address the Parliament.
During the address, President Uhuru is expected to make a statement on wide-ranging issues, including the historic Supreme Court decision, the country’s security among others.
The meeting will be seeking to emphasize the need for everyone to be united in driving the agenda of both Houses.
President Uhuru Kenyatta is expected to face off with NASA’s Raila Odinga on October 17.
