Rumours have it that most of President Uhuru's first term-cabinet secretaries will be replaced in his second and final term.With the exception of Education Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i and Finance Cabinet Secretary Henry Rotich whose dockets are very critical, most of the CSs have been idle.President Uhuru Kenyatta is widely expected to unveil his cabinet structure this month as he pledged to do during his New Year address to the nation.Insiders say that only a few CSs whose performance was impressive will be retained.
