Chief Justice David Maraga could be the ultimate decision maker in the ongoing Supreme Court case, says Dancan Omari.
For the second time in a row, presidential petition will be decided in the Supreme Court in the history of the country as two presidential candidates’ battle.
And based on his background and ethnicity, Maraga’s vote will be vital in the court and could decide the fate of Odinga.
“To win a case in the court you just need four judges and this time around you don’t need all the judges,” says Omari.
“Yu just need Maraga to make a point because he is fundamental. He is single minded and will base the outcome based on the decision,” he adds.
“Just the decision that four judges will amaze a decision does not have to worry us, I is time that a just decision happened and I do not regret at all, he added.
For the record, Maraga’s competitiveness will be decided by the highest court ob land on his latest open judgments.
