[Photo|@citizentvkenya]The Supreme Court issued a detailed judgement after it nullified August 8 presidential election, conducted by the IEBC, after the National Super Alliance (Nasa) contested the win.The judgement was read by Chief Justice David Maraga, his Deputy Philomena Mwilu, judges Isaac Lenaola and signed by Smokin Wanjala.Justice Jackton Ojwang and Njoki Ndung'u also issued a detailed judgement, as to why, they dissented, and ruled in favour of the IEBC and President Uhuru Kenyatta.However, Wanjala was physically missing from the court room, during the delivery of the judgement, Wednesday.

The Chief Justice revealed that Wanjala had travelled out of the country."We are five and the case was heard by six judges. Wanjala had to travel out of the country, but he has signed the majority judgement," disclosed the CJ, before starting issuing the judgement.It is believed he took one of his two children to school in London, hence missing from the court room.
