The National Super Alliance may miss dearly services of former Gem MP Jakoyo Midiwo, who after all will not be part of 12th parliament.
After over one decade in parliament, the controversial MP lost in ODM primaries to Elijah Odhiambo and subsequently as an independent candidate during elections.
And with parliament just about to start, Midiwo, who probably spoke more times than any MP in 11th parliament will be dearly missed.
Having been appointed as Deputy Minority Leader, Midiwo sat in House Business Committee and remained loyal to the defunct Cord coalition, even at times taking roles of his boss Francis Nyenze.
Although NASA is yet to announce its leadership in the house, Midiwo’s frequent contributions to debates will remain most undisputed in parliament.
But the coalition would fight it difficult to find his replacement given his zeal and enthusiasm in defending interests of the opposition people in the house.
During the nominations, he accused ODM of rigging him out and even ganged up with Nicholas Gumbo formerly Rarieda MP to fight ODM nominees in Siaya.
