This comes barely a day after the self proclaimed Peoples' President demanded for fresh election in the country to be held in August.

"If by me being jailed Kenya shall have a free and fair electionelection, so be it," said the former Prime Minister.

He also warned the Government to seize from mistreating opposition leaders saying that it was a move by the Government to get hold of him.

Since the start of the month, the Government has held a crackdown on opposition leaders who attended Odinga's swearing-in event.

On Wednesday, the Government impounded cars owned by MPs John Mbadi and Junet Mohammed.

Other leaders said to be wanted by the police include Embakasi East MP Babu Owino and NASA strategist David Ndii.

Self- proclaimed NRM General, Miguna Miguna was on Tuesday deported to Canada for taking part in the event.

It will be interesting to see how things unfold especially after an announcement by interior CS Fred Matiang'i declared NRM an illegal  group.
