[Photo|ODM]Opposition leader Raila Odinga now says in case the Supreme Court nullifies President Uhuru Kenyatta's second win, a third election will not save Kenyans from the current political crisis.Odinga said a third election can only be a success once the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) is reformed and some of its staff sacked.Addressing the press on Saturday, he noted that the Wafula Chebukati-led electoral body is riddled with criminal elements."A third election does not offer a way out of the crisis because at the moment the IEBC is riddled with criminal elements who will never allow a credible election to be held," he said, flanked by other opposition leaders at NASA's Okoa Kenya offices, Nairobi. The statement comes even as Kenyans await the Supreme Court ruling that will determine the legality of Uhuru's controversial fresh presidential re-election on October 26.Odinga and his NASA coalition boycotted the election saying its outcome had already been pre-determined.He has since said NASA wants another election after 90 days starting from October 26, after IEBC undergoes reforms."Let us be clear. The prolonged political and economic crisis that we have been living with for months now is the responsibility solely of the Jubilee regime’s actions," Odinga said, Saturday.
