A political analyst has intimated what he believes could be behind the highest number of undecided voters in the Western region with barely seven days to the polls.
According to a recent opinion poll released by two firms in the country,the region contributes the highest number of undecided voter in the entire 6 per cent lot.And according to Prof Herman Manyora,the region is so obsessed with cash handouts and bribes and the undecided group is yet to find any political camp that has decisively bribed them." The undecided group is that big in Western because they believe si much in cash handouts and bribes, unfortunately neither Nasa or Jubilee has bribed them convincingly," he told Citizen TV.Both Nasa and Jubilee are embroiled in a bitter rivalry for the undicided group with both camps traversing the region in a bid to sway them to their sides.President Uhuru Kenyatta visited Busia county some 4 days ago and a day after Nasa principals Musalia Mudavadi and Moses Wetangula combed the region to undo the Jubilee gains.
