Ugandan socialite Zari Hassan has been hitting headlines since she parted ways with Tanzanian finest singer Diamond Platnumz.
Many have been questioning her real age.
On Thursday, the prominent businesswoman revealed that she will be turning 38 years old this year.
“Age doesn't guarantee a higher income, your value does. Me at 30, because I knew my value, that has made me create my worth!!!! TBT Celebrating 10 years of www.brooklyncitycollege.co.za,” read Zari Hassan’s post.
She then responded saying that she will turn 38 years old in September.
“@belle_moraa started the company at 28, am turning 38 in Sept…” Zari said.
The revelation comes after the socialite shocked many when she refused to recognize Diamond on Father’s Day.
She instead paid tribute to her late husband Ivan.
“Happy father’s day to me and the late Don..... Gone but you still here for us in all possible ways. We miss you!” read Zari’s post. The post made it clear that the two were not planning to reunite any soon. Zari and Diamond parted ways after the singer admitted siring a child with Tanzanian Video vixen Hamisa Mobetto. The socialite faulted the singer for taking her for granted before they parted ways.
