The deceased identified as Amos Omenta hit a pedestrian before veering off the road and rolling multiple times.
Eye witnesses said the pedestrian, who was allegedly drunk, was fighting with another person who pushed him into the road causing the accident.
Nyamira OCPD Riko Ngari confirmed the incident and said police have launched investigations.
The rider’s father, Ken Omenta, said his son died on arrival at the hospital.
Ngari urged motorists to observe traffic rules to avoid accidents during this festive season.
