Blogger Robert Alai has hit out at the Interior and Coordination Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i for allegedly misusing the office of the president.
This is after Matiang'i through a statement from Mwenda Njoka, the Director of Communications in the ministry, asked Standard Group to retract an article that indirectly links him to an illicit love affair with a church choir girl and demanded an apology from the media house.
Taking to his twitter, Alai told the CS to stop using state resources to respond to his private cases, adding that the office of the president was not defamed.
The controversial blogger further noted that President Uhuru Kenyatta should not entertain such.
"To Matiangi, the OP was not defamed. The State didn’t f$&$ any soloist. You can’t use state properties to answer to your private cases. This is wrong. President Uhuru shouldn’t look at such," Alai tweeted, Thursday.
