Controversial blogger Robert Alai now says Raphael Tuju will be the most powerful Cabinet Secretary once the newly unveiled President Uhuru Kenyatta's Cabinet is sworn-in.
During his Cabinet unveiling on Friday, Kenyatta named Tuju, the immediate Jubilee Party Secretary General as a nominated Cabinet Secretary without clear portfolio.
Uhuru said Tuju was co-opted into cabinet on a need basis.
However, Alai who is a pro-Uhuru's Jubilee government blogger, said Tuju is the new Cabinet Secretary in charge of party affairs.
"Tuju is emerging as the most powerful of all cabinet secretaries. Jubilee has been dallying with the Communist Party of China (CPC). From all looks, we now have a Cabinet Secretary in charge of party affairs. Tuju is the one. None of the so-called analysts saw this," Alai said.
Tuju was the 22nd cabinet secretary nominee in Uhuru's list, with critics wondering what his roles are.
