The county government of Nakuru will construct two cultural centers in Rongai and Gilgil constituencies at a tune of Sh 100 million. Governor Kinuthia Mbugua said his government has partnered with private investors to put up the two centers.
Speaking when he officially launched the rehabilitation of the Nakuru players theater, Mbugua said that new cultural centers will be vital in identifying and naturing talent among youth.
"We already have agreed with private investors to put up two cultural centres in Rongai and Gilgil because we want to give our young people a chance to identify and make use of their talents,"said Mbugua.
He added that apart from constructing the new centers his government will also ensure that they are well equipped.
"We will put 100 million in the new centers for construction but we will also equip them fully," he said.
