Rongai Sub County deputy commissioner David Kosgei has asked youths in the area to use appropriate channels if they want their grievances to be addressed.
Speaking on Tuesday, Kosgei said that youths will not be denied audience if they use the right channels to register their complaints. He said that the sub county administration has put in place appropriate mechanisms to ensure the opinions of every resident is heard.
“I want to ask young people to use the right channels when registering their compliments or complaints,” he said.
The deputy commissioner added that they will not tolerate youths who use violence as a way of seeking audience.
At the same time, the commissioner cautioned youths against falling prey to people who might want to misuse them to disrupt peace.
Kosgei added that youths should be on the frontline in spearheading unity and take part in activities that will help them prosper.
He said that violence and crime will not address their problems but would rather increase their misery.
The commissioner said the sub county is committed to ensure locals get quality and efficient services as provided for in the constitution.
