Three Royal Media journalists who were involved in a plane crash, Wednesday, have been treated and discharged from hospital.
The journalists were heading to cover a National Super Alliance (Nasa) rally in Baringo county before the accident.
The CESNA 206 plane they were flying in crashed few minutes after taking off from the Wilson Airport in Lang’ata, Nairobi.
Citizen TV reporter Sam Ogina, Cameraman Mauritius Oduor and Radio Citizen’s Joseph Njane sustained slight injuries.
However, two pilots are still undergoing treatment in a Nairobi hospital with one admitted at the intensive care unit (ICU).
The cause of the accident is yet to be known.
Both President Uhuru Kenyatta and Nasa presidential candidate Raila Odinga have sent quick recovery wishes to the Royal media crew and the captains.
