A family of 12 in Matopeni, Ruiru is seeking divine intervention from men and women of God following what they say are endless, blood-curdling and horrible dreams.
Mary Wanjiru, their mother who also have her grandchildren staying with her says that in the dreams, the spirits ask her for blood where she also sees coffins of all her family members lined up.
She adds that the spirits have been telling her to join them and she will wield enormous riches and influence.
"This has been happening for a while now and I suspect that this could be as a result of material assistance that we have been getting from two men. I am a staunch Christian and I have never involved myself in devil worshipping," she told journalists at her home today.
Her 21-year-old daughter Margaret Njeri, and who has a nine-month-old daughter has also been experiencing the same dreams.
"They always tell me about blood. Recently, they told me to take all the children in the family at the road and give them bottle-tops where they were to fill them with blood. We request those who can pray for us and help us to come and do so," said Njeri.
