Only a handful of voters turned up, Thursday morning, to vote, in the fresh presidential election, Thursday in various polling stations, as at 7am.

Below is a summary of what happened, even as most of the centres opened at 6am.

1. Countable voters showed up in various polling stations in Eastleigh, Nairobi, such as Eastleigh High School. This was seen in various polling stations in the capital city.

2. In Mombasa, voting had started at Khadija primary school polling station, but only a handful of voters showed up.

Jubilee Party agents are the only agents who had arrived at the centre.

3. In Matayos Busia County, no voter had showed up in any polling station.

4. At Garissa National Library polling station, nobody had showed up, but voting clerks were still setting up.

5. In Borabu, Kisii county, low voter turnout was experienced at Makavaz polling station.

6. In major polling stations in Bungoma County, no voters had showed up, except in Kanduyi where number of voters had started showing up.

7. In Nyeri county, voters started streaming in some polling stations as early as possible, such as Nyeri Town constituency.

8. In Nyamira county, voters not more than 10 would be seen at the Nyamira primary school ready to vote.

9. In Machakos, only IEBC staff would be seen at a polling station in Masinga.

10. In Siaya County, nothing was going on in Bondo. Most of the polling stations were closed, such as Bondo primary school, where the Odinga's, usually vote.11. In Kisumu, most of the polling stations were not opened either.

12. In Migori county, youth were engaging police in running battles, in most areas blocking any one from voting.13. In Uasin Gishu county, voting kicked off smoothly in Eldoret.
