The leader of National assembly Aden Duale has passed a notice to politicians who seem to have focused on presidential elections in 2022.
Duale said that Kenyans will elect DP William Ruto basing on Jubilee’s track record.
He was speaking in Kasha last Saturday when he attended the homecoming ceremony of Garissa county executive committee member in charge of Agriculture and livestock Mr. Issa Yarow.
“Kenyans will elect you depending on whatever you have done to Kenyans, we will ensure that president Kenyatta lives behind a rich legacy, “ he said.
Amongst those who attended the forum were Garissa governor, Ali Korane, MPs Mohamed Hire of Lagdera, Mohamed Dahiye of Dadaab, Abdi Omar Shurie of Balambala and Fatuma Gedi woman representative Wajir County.
On the other hand, Garissa governor Ali Korane warned that it was too early to campaign for 2022.
In his speech, the governor said that they would go back to the people for guidelines and direction when the time comes.
