However, delegates who visited Baringo Senator Gideon Moi said that the DP has been abusive in his speeches especially to the 'Kalenjin community'.

The delegates, who were over 200 in number, said that the DP was forgetting his party-hopping incidences and instead accusing KANU members of party-hopping.

"Some of the people have been in KANU since 1963. However, William Ruto forgets that he has been in more than five parties which are KANU, ODM, UDM, URP and JAP and he should thus be cautious when addressing such issues," said former Mt Elgon MP Joe Kimkung.

Gideon Moi says that the party will be revived ahead of 2017 polls.

During the visit, the delegates called on the government to give all areas equal development opportunities.
