The DP said Kenyans have matured politically and leaders should not keep on telling them who they should elect to take over power from President Uhuru Kenyatta after his second term comes to an end.

Speaking at Baringo County over the weekend, Ruto said Kenyans will decide who will be the next Head of State based on their track record, ading that people were tired of cheap politics.

"Kenyans have come of age when it comes to politics. They will decide who will be the President when the time comes. Not according to names of individuals or dynasities but according to track records," he said.

Ruto said Jubilee was ready to deliver on the promises it made to the electorate ahead of election noting the trademark Big Four Agenda was making great progress.

"The Jubliee government is focusing on delivery and we will talk of succession politics when the time is ripe," he said.

The DP spoke when he launched the Eldama Ravine Technical Training and commissioned Makuno Eldama Ravine road.

"We are creating a platform for dependable transfer of skills to the job market and a professional workforce through technical education. We aim at equiping our youths to drive our development programme and ensure a productive, health economy," Ruto said at the vocational institution.
