A section of youth’s drawn from Kisii County has condemned Deputy President William Ruto for attacking opposition leader Raila Odinga on Twitter.
The youths have asked the DP to accord Raila the due respect he reserves and apologise if he wants their support come 2022.Led by former Bonchari parliamentary aspirant Charles Mogaka the youths said that Raila’s speech at the Centre for Strategic and International (CSIS) headquarters, Washington DC was factual and there was no need of Ruto attacking him and instead look forward on how they can unite Kenyans.“If Ruto wants to come here in Kisii come 2022 to urge us to vote for him let him kindly give Raila a break as Raila’s speech was full of facts and that is what pained him,” said MogakaMogaka and other youthful leader’s reaction comes barely few hours after Ruto attacked Raila on Twitter claiming that Raila was seeking help from abroad so that he would stop Ruto from running in 2022.“So, Tinga went all the way to the USA to seek support to scuttle the possibility of a son of a peasant from being elected prezo in 2022! Balaa!” Ruto posted on his official Twitter account.
