Ruto said the opposition has no agenda for issues affecting the ‘common mwananchi’ and has thus resorted to street demos.

“We have achieved so much that our Opponents are scared. Kenyans will now have a clear choice to make between Jubilee and the opposition, whose agenda is to organise demonstrations,” Ruto said.

CORD leader Raila Odinga has said the opposition will hold demonstrations should the government arrest Auditor General Edward Ouko over corruption allegations.

In April, the Oppositon held demonstrations that successfully led to removal of IEBC commissioners from office.
