Bomet Governor Isaac Ruto, has hit out at President Uhuru Kenyatta over his utterance at the funeral of veteran politician and Maasai leader, William ole Ntimama, when he told the Opposition, Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (CORD), to continue salivating as Jubilee continued enjoying meat.
“How can we salivate when we do not even have saliva because of lack of water? We do not want the government to eat meat on taxpayers’ money, they should improve budgetary allocations for counties to better the lives of the locals.” Ruto said
President Kenyatta had told off the opposition over constant criticism of the Jubilee administration, saying they should put their house in order as he works on improving his Jubilee Party ahead of the next election.
“I would like to tell my friend Raila to keep off Jubilee affairs and sort their issue. They should know that we are the ones with the meat and we will keep eating it as they salivate.”
