Bomet Governor Isaac Rutto says President Uhuru Kenyatta's major impediment is 'unorthodox' tactics of his Deputy William Ruto.
He says the DP has been waging war against other leaders without substance, a reason why the country remains polarised.
The outspoken Governor is set to join the opposition outfit National Super Alliance which is set to hold its first rally on Saturday in Bungoma.
"Jubilee could be having its inefficiencies especially on matters management and that is normal for any government. However, they have failed to manage some issues such as corruption," he said.
"The DP's arrogance is making it worse. He is dictatorial and does not accommodate other people's views. He is the main undoing for the president," he added.
And Mr. Rutto, who is also facing stiff competition from Deputy Speaker Joyce Laboso, insists that Jubilee government is beyond 'repair'.
"With this kind of leadership, they are going home without a doubt. August is coming and Kenyans shall understand my point," he said.
