Deputy president William Ruto says his government under the leadership of president Uhuru Kenyatta has tried in matters job creation in the country.
Ruto, who was addressing workers at Uhuru park grounds, Monday, during Labour Day celebrations, said Jubilee government has invested heavily in infrastructure since they assumed office in 2013.
He further praised milestone developments spearheaded by Jubilee administration, maintaining that Kenya’s economy will be boosted once the projects are fully implemented.
“If we invest on industries, we will create more jobs for the youth. We have tried in building the SGR; tarmac roads, ‘stima mashinani’ as well as building Technical Training Institutes in each constituency. All this will spin our economy in due time,” Ruto said.
