Bomet Governor Isaac Ruto has maintained that the Jubilee administration is set to lose in the coming general election. 

Speaking in Kapsabet Nandi County Sunday, Ruto said that the non-performance of the Jubilee regime will lead to a NASA win.

''Uhuru and Ruto are on their way to retirement.They have been unable to deliver and Kenyans are not ready to stand them for another 5 years,'' said Ruto.

Ruto further bashed the government for hyping non-existent development projects maintaining that Kenyans are intelligent enough to see their failure.

''Nothing they do will stop them from going home.Let them keep jumping up and down.Kenyans are waiting and will punish them at the ballot,'' said the Chama Cha Mashinani party leader.
