The Deputy President, who spoke at his Karen office in Nairobi when he met leaders from Western and Ukambani, urged them to rally the electorate behind President Uhuru Kenyatta as he seeks another term in order to enable him to complete the projects he had started four years ago.

The legislator also took a swipe at the National Super Alliance (NASA) top brass, saying that they are a collection of non-performers.

The DP challenged Cord leader Raila Amolo Odinga, Wiper Leader Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka, Ford Kenya Leader Moses Wetangula and Amani National Congress (ANC) leader Musalia Mudavadi among others from the opposition to tell Kenyans what they did to change their lives when they were serving different posts in the past regimes.

“We are proud of our scorecard, and that is why we want to challenge our friends in the opposition to tell us what they did for Kenyans when they served for years in government,” Ruto said, as quoted by Star.

The Deputy President also assured his supporters that the Jubilee government is not going home as alleged by opposition.
