Bomet governor Isaac Ruto hosted various opposition leaders at the IAAF stadium, Sunday, where they criticised the Jubilee government for allegedly failing Kenyans.
Ruto who left Jubilee for his Chama Cha Mashinani (CCM), accused the Jubilee administration of failing to tackle graft, borrowing loans beyond the country's limit, and inflating prices of products.
Leaders present include: Cord co-principal Kalonzo Musyoka, Amani National Congress (ANC) party leader Musalia Mudavadi, and Kanu chairman- Baringo senator Gideon Moi.
ODM chairman- Suba MP John Mbadi, Emurua Dikirr MP Johanna Ng'eno among other leaders were also present.
Mudavadi emphasised on the need for the parties to fold up and form a National Super Alliance (Nasa), that will ensure President Uhuru Kenyatta and his team do not get a second term in office.
''I want us to ensure Jubilee is voted out of the government as early as 8am on August 8, 2017. Nasa is the best remedy for Jubilee. If we unite all our parties, I am very sure Jubilee will see nothing come elections date, other than going home,'' said Mudavadi.
His sentiments were echoed by Kalonzo who said Jubilee has continued to fail Kenyans.
