Deputy president William Ruto has ridiculed the National Super Alliance (Nasa) for failing to come to an agreement of selecting a presidential flag bearer.
Speaking in Amakura, Busia county, he asked the residents to choose the best outfit between Jubilee and Nasa which has a promising agenda for Kenyans.
“They formed a technical committee to come up with methodology of picking flag bearer but even the committee has found it hard. They do not have a presidential candidate but we in Jubilee know our presidential candidate,” said Ruto.
Ruto urged the residents to re-elect Jubilee government for another five year term to complete its projects. He noted that most of the promises they had made to Kenyans in 2013 had been achieved.
The deputy president accused the Nasa coalition for criticising governments projects and said Jubilee had done much more than the previous governments.
“I was shocked when I heard that an opposition leader saying that we are connecting power to grass thatched houses; We are going to continue with the programme until our people have electricity in their homes,” he noted, Friday.
He further stated that Jubilee intends to do much more for Kenyans if they will be voted in again.
