[Photo| @WilliamsRuto]Deputy president William Ruto met with Trans-Nzoia governor Patrick Khaemba on Wednesday, November 29 at his Karen residence in Nairobi.The two leaders according to Ruto, held talks on the issuance of title deeds to Trans-Nzoia residents, relocating Government facilities to allow expansion of Kitale town and improving of health infrastructure."Held talks with Trans Nzoia Governor Patrick Khaemba on issuance of title deeds to residents, relocating Government facilities to allow expansion of Kitale town and improving of health infrastructure. This will ensure better service, attract investment and advance local economy," said Ruto in a tweet on Wednesday.Khaemba who is a Nasa allied governor retained his seat after being elected on August 8 on a Ford Kenya party ticket.The meeting came just a day after DP Ruto and President Uhuru Kenyatta took the oath office on Tuesday, November 28, for their second and last term in office.
