Addressing the  Jubilee Coalition Parliamentary Group at the Karen Residence, Nairobi today, Ruto said that the New party to be formed in September will cut across all regions in the country and will represent each tribe.

"We are voluntarily forming a national party to instill politics of principle in our country. New Jubilee party will not discriminate any person since Kenyans have the capacity to choose leaders and offer support to parties that have a clear ideology and robust manifestos", he said.

"We have a philosophical underpinning to form the new Jubilee Party as a strong, national outfit", he added.

Ruto urged the members to be ready for a new Jubilee party that will transform the country.
