Former Kitui West MP Francis Nyenze. [Photo| the-star]Deputy President William Ruto has joined other politicians and Kenyans in mourning the death of Kitui West MP Francis Nyenze. Nyenze passed away Wednesday morning while receiving treatment at the Nairobi hospital. Ruto described the late legislator as an open-minded leader. He added that Nyenze was a voice of reason both in and outside parliament. "Deepest condolences to the family and friends of Kitui West MP Francis Nyenze. He was an amiable and open-minded legislator, who took great satisfaction in serving his constituents. Mr Nyenze was a voice of reason in and out of Parliament and spoke his mind," Ruto said on Wednesday in a condolence message. "His strong personality, charm and wit rubbed off on those he interacted with. May God give his loved ones and the people of Kitui County strength and fortitude during this difficult time. Rest In Peace," Ruto added.
