[Photo|DPPS]Deputy President William Ruto, has expressed satisfaction, after Chief Justice David Maraga, postponed a case in which three voters sought to call of Thursday's fresh presidential election.Only Maraga and justice Isaac Lenaola showed up, a move that saw the court lack quorum to issue a ruling.He said Deputy Chief Justice Philemona Mwilu, failed to show up following Tuesday evening's incident where her bodyguard was shot and left seriously wounded by unknown assailants.Justice Mohamed Ibrahim, was out of the country seeking treatment, while justices Smokin Wanjala, Jackton Ojwang', and Njoki Ndung'u were said to be outside Nairobi and could not make transport to the court on time.This saw Ruto, celebrate, saying: "God is great! The evil schemes to deny Kenyans the right to vote kesho have failed. WE WILL DECIDE and move our country forward tomorrow."
