Deputy President William Ruto has expressed the government's commitment to ensure that every Kenyan has access to health care.

Speaking in Belgut, Kericho County Friday, Ruto said that the Jubilee leadership is keen on ensuring that each and every citizen has a health insurance which will in turn give rise to a healthy, strong and more productive nation.
