Mr Odinga has been on the front line accusing the presidency of being hell bent towards implementation of the report that gave recommendations on solutions towards land injustices and atrocities committed between 1963-2008.

Speaking on Thursday at Kisii, Mr Ruto said the constitution mandated National Lands Commission to review the report and subsequently implement its recommendations.

“The Jubilee government has nothing to hide on land injustices and we have been clear about that. It’s wrong for Odinga to go around lying that we are not ready to implement the report of TJRC. He is wrongly accusing us and he knows that,” he said.

“The National Lands Commission was given all those functions so it’s wrong to drag the entire executive into this. We are committed to ensure that every Kenyan is treated equally,” he said.

He cited issuance of Tittle Deeds as a commitment of Jubilee government towards solving land injustices in the country.

“You have seen the President and me before issuing Tittle Deeds because we want every Kenyan to be treated equally. The opposition should work with facts,” he said.
