Bomet Governor Isaac Ruto Has lashed out a the Jubilee administration saying it is only concentrating on projects that are not beneficial to Kenyans.
Ruto, a former member of the Jubilee coalition, said Sunday the government should focus more on delivering on the basic needs of Kenyans and not the 'mega' projects.
"Kenyans need clean water, proper health care, good transport system, education for our children and all the basic things that Kenyans need. You, (Jubilee) are just telling us about mega-projects that do not make any sense in improving the lives of Kenyans," said the Cha Cha Mashinani party leader.
Ruto also warned that the Kalenjin should not allow their numbers to be used by people whose interest is not to benefit the community but themselves.
"What we want is fairness not using our numbers to tyrannise the rest of the country. We don’t want the tyranny of numbers against other communities," he said.
