According to photos in circulation. the residence has one main house with a gazebo in front of it.
There is also an artificial lake in the middle of the home.
The home sits on an estimated 20 acres of land that form part of the 700 acres Ruto bought in Moiben constituency in 2015.
In 2015, a story by The Star purported that the DP was constructing the home but he came out and denied he was spending Sh1.2 billion on it.
"I would be daft to take Sh1.2 billion to a village to build a house in which I will stay for a week a year. That story is ridiculous," Ruto said.
