Deputy President William Ruto has warned Jubilee MPs against remarks that might lead to ethnic clashes.
Speaking in Nakuru County, Kamara, Ruto said there should be peace and tolerance across all ethnic communities.
He added that that was Jubilees manifesto as they undertook their campaigns.
He told Jubilee leaders to be mindful of what they utter.
“Let us be tolerant and focus and talk on things that seek to unite the people irrespective of our religious and political stands,” he said.
Kiambu Governor William Kabogo who was in attendance among other Jubilee leaders warned Kenyans of leaders who use the divisive politics to cause instability in the country.
“Beware of those who want to divide the Jubilee party to cause instability. They should know we are united and we are going to rule this country for long.” Said Kabogo.
