Deputy President William Ruto has urged the Western region to shun away from Cord terming the opposition coalition unfit to unite the country.
The DP who was speaking in Ikolomani on Saturday cautioned the residents not to vote for Cord again in 2017 as witnessed during the last general election
He further said the opposition was disorganized since it is yet to pick a presidential flagbearer.
"Cord is only good at organizing protests in the country. They are now confused on who to vote for in the forthcoming elections. Their demonstrations have only led to disunity in the country. They are on the forefront disputing development projects by Jubilee government," said Ruto.
He was speaking during the launch of ICT learning program at Burendwa Primary school.
Ruto was accompanied by ICT CS Joe Mucheru, Water CS Eugene Wamalwa and MPs Emmanuel Wangwe (Navakholo), Bernard Shinali (Ikolomani) and Dan Wanyama of Webuye West.
