Deputy President William Ruto has claimed that the Jubilee coalition will beat Cord by 70 percent come 2017.
Ruto has attributed the disorganisation in Cord and confused leaders as the main reason that will give Jubilee a landslide win.
"Comparing Jubilee with Cord is like comparing day and darkness. We have a presidential flag bearer for 2017 but the opposition is still battling internal party politics and tribal conflicts," said Ruto.
"When we build schools, roads, industries and railways they are busy demonstrating on streets and blowing whistles. If they don't style up we are going to beat them up by 70pc come 2017. There is no doubt about that, he added.
Ruto further said that at the moment, Cord has no manifesto and, therefore, cannot offer an alternative to the Jubilee administration He further added that Cord members are still living in the age of darkness considering their recent actions.
"Looking at the recent rioting to force out the IEBC officials from office and the whistling in parliament to interrupt the presidential speech. This only points to one thing, they are living in the age of darkness. How can we compete with such characters," said Ruto.
