Speaking in an interview with KTN TV on Friday from his Bomet, the county boss advised the President to rectify the damage that has been caused by his deputy or prepare to face a terrible defeat in the august general election.

Ruto further attributed the same to the several rejections that the DP has faced in some parts of the nation lately where he was heckled and blocked from passing.

''The Deputy President is very abusive and that is the reason why he is facing rejection in some parts of the nation.I would advice the President to tame Ruto who instead of addressing development matters is busy abusing everyone," said the Mashinani Party leader.

According to the Governor, the foul mouth is bad enough to chase away supporters who would have otherwise sided with the President's team.

Last month, Ruto was booed while addressing residents at Songoo Secondary School in Narok County.
