Deputy President William Ruto on Sunday left his supporters buoyed after he 'went spiritual'.
On a day that local dailies were awash with political stories, many touching on him and alleged differences with his boss Preaident Uhuru Kenyatta, the charismatic politician steered clear of politics.
"If you keep the commandments of the Lord your God and walk in His ways, He will establish you as a holy people and give you plenty," Ruto posted on his official social media page.Ruto was attending church at the Faith Evangelistic Ministry, Karen in Nairobi.
His supporters praised him for "leading Kenyan men' on spiritual matters
Within minutes, the post had generated more than 2000 likes with lots of comments and shares.
