NASA Principal and Bomet governor Isaac Ruto has said Kenyans passed the constitution in the year 2010 that allows fair distribution of funds to counties but Jubilee government has not implemented.
According to Ruto, Jubilee government misuse public funds instead of distributing to Mashinani for development to benefit common Mwananchi.
Ruto faulted the Jubilee government for blackmailing Kenyans from their rights and called on Kenyans to send them home on August 8 elections.
“Kenyans in all parts of the country are suffering including rift valley residents because of Jubilee, the national government is not sending money to counties for development ,”claims Ruto
“Jubilee takes our money to China for projects including the construction of the standard gauge railway which do not benefit common Mwananchi yet we have no Food, we will teach them a lesson On august elections,”added Ruto
He also challenged Kenyans to eat jubilee money during the campaigns but to vote for alternative government [NASA] to save the country from corrupt leaders who doesn’t mind other Kenyans.
