Rutto further claims that the country's economy is on the verge of collapsing should Kenyans reelect the administration.

The outspoken governor has been at loggerheads with the Jubilee administration  and has occasionally questioned its commitment towards strengthening of devolved governments.

"Jubilee promised us heaven and thy have instead given us hell. They have specialised in looting and dictating sober citizens," he said.

Rutto added: " The economy of this nation is on verge of collapsing if they are elected again. They only tell us of setting aside resources yet we have never seen real progress on the ground."

The Chama Cha Mashinani leader vowed to put a spirited wrestle against Jubilee Party in the larger Rift Valley region.

Last week, Deputy President William Ruto urged Bomet residents to vote in Jubilee aspirants in August's election.
