Chama Cha Mashinani Bomet Central chairman Kiplangat Chepkwony said party members attacking governor Rutto for ditching NASA should be ignored.
Chepkwony said the attacks are in bad faith and those members are seeking political mileage.
Chepkwony said Rutto had consulted CCM party before he declared support for Uhuru.
He accused ODM nominated MP Wilson Sossion and CCM member Alvin Koech of making baseless claims.
Koech and other party members claimed that Rutto who is the CCM leader didn't consult the party and he was lured with cash to join Jubilee.
Rutto lost his bid to Jubilee's Joyce Laboso during the August 8 polls.
He was a NASA principal before he ditched the opposition for Jubilee.
