enyans on social media have roasted Murang'a women representative Sabina Chege.This comes after a man who used her identity to steal from senior government officials and legislators.It is reported that the 25-year-old Wazir Chacha alias Benson Chacha has gone into hiding.
Director of Criminal Investigations George Kinoti told the National Assembly Security Committee they had found that there are special relationships between the suspect and Sabinna Chege.Kinoti disclosed that the suspect used Sabina’s identity to extort money from her fellow legislators through MPesa.
“He used an ID number of a former MP to register an MPesa account in the name of Sabina Wanjiru Chege. He did this in Donholm and we have all the details,” Kinoti reported.
