Damaris Mouni, who lost her bid to represent the orange party last week, forced her way into the assembly contrary to the parliamentary traditions and occupied her position.

But a tough speaking Teya took at least 30 minutes ordering her out of premises before security forces intervened.

Last week, a Nyamira Magistrate ordered assembly clerk to swear in one Irene Nyakerario on grounds that she was the legitimate representative of the ODM party.

Although Mouni had vowed to appeal the ruling, her decision to report back to former working station remains still a mystery.

Court records shows that Mouni, was illegally included in nomination list thus her unceremonious ouster.
